In this Part, I will provide a list of causes for the invalidity of marriage in cultural settings. Then, we will briefly examine interactions between Family Code Sections 308 and 2210. Lastly, a warning to the Family Law practitioners handling validity for an out-of-California marriage under Family Code Section 2210 shall follow.
