The attorney-client agreement in a cultural divorce must be handled with well-informed efforts to prevent misunderstandings and to achieve the best possible outcomes. From the Agreement’s purpose, approval, execution, and enforcement there are considerations of how clients from divergent backgrounds may perceive the arrangement, communicate, and follow through.
